Returns

At the aranstore.co.uk we want you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our products. That is why we have, what we feel is the best returns policy of any online Highandwear retailer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of your original delivery. The only exception to this our tailor-made, made-to-measure garments, unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of these items.

Please note - If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless the item was faulty.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items which have been worn, without original tags or packaging and are not in their original condition.

Please follow these instructions for returning any items.

 

Buyers must return goods within 30 days of receiving the order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition. Please ensure that all bags/tags/labels are not damaged and still attached.

To minimise processing time and speed up your exchange/refund, please ensure that any items returned are free from odour and pet hair, are folded as neatly as possible and sent in secure, protective wrapping. We make an effort to ensure the goods reach you in great condition - we'd really appreciate you returning the favour.

Buyers returning goods from outside the UK must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are 'Returned Goods' to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any custom items unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of items to the payment method originally used for the purchase.
